What happens after the 14-day trial?

You drop to Free automatically: your newest webinar keeps running with up to 100 attendees a month. Nothing is charged, because there's no card on file.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel from your dashboard any time.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days. See the refund policy.

What counts as an attendee?

Each sign-up in a calendar month. Hit your limit and new sign-ups pause until next month or until you upgrade. We never charge surprise overages.

Are taxes included?

Prices exclude taxes. Where tax applies, you'll see it before you pay.
