Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Wakebooked to:

Deceive

• Present a recorded Program as live, or remove or alter the recording notice.
• Show invented attendees, viewer counts, chats, questions, testimonials, reviews or purchases.
• Use countdowns, "limited seats" or deadlines that are not true.
• Make income, investment, health, weight-loss or medical claims that are false or unsubstantiated, or omit disclosures the law requires (including material connections with endorsers).

Harm

• Promote illegal products or services, unlicensed gambling, weapons, adult sexual content, or anything that sexualises minors.
• Harass, threaten, or promote violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
• Run pyramid schemes or "get rich quick" schemes, or give unlicensed financial, legal or medical advice.

Misuse data or messaging

• Collect data from children under 13.
• Upload attendee lists you did not lawfully obtain, or send email or SMS without a lawful basis.
• Collect passwords, card numbers or government ID numbers through registration forms.

Abuse the platform

• Infringe copyrights or trademarks, including linking videos you have no right to show.
• Probe, overload or attack the Service, or bypass plan limits or security.
• Resell the Service without our written agreement.

Breaking this policy can lead to content removal, suspension or termination. Report abuse to hello@example.com.
