We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Reporting infringement

Send our designated agent: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL of the material on Wakebooked; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

The person who uploaded the material may respond with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g).

Repeat infringers

Accounts with repeated valid notices are terminated.
