Something isn't working
Fixes for the most common problems.
"Publishing is blocked": the message says why. Usually your business address or privacy link is missing (Settings → Business details), the video or its length is missing, or your account is still being reviewed (a few hours).
The video didn't load: check the video is Unlisted (not Private) with embedding allowed on YouTube. For viewers, an ad blocker is the usual cause, and the page explains it.
Emails aren't arriving: check spam and promotions. Make sure your sender email is verified with your email service. New senders improve after a few days of normal sending.
A viewer can't find their link: they can sign up again with the same email for the same showing. It gives them their personal link again.
