How showtimes work
Each viewer's own 7 PM, one fixed time zone, "starts in 15 minutes" and replays.
Your recording plays at set times, like a TV premiere. Someone who joins 10 minutes late joins 10 minutes in, just like a real event.
Two ways to set the time
| Setting | 7:00 PM means | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Each viewer's time | 7 PM in New York for New Yorkers, 7 PM in London for Londoners | Global audiences. Everyone gets a prime-time slot. |
| One fixed zone | 7 PM in your chosen zone, shown in each viewer's own clock | When you sometimes join live at those times |
"Starts in 15 minutes" adds a slot that's always coming up soon, for people who want to watch right now. You choose the gap (5–60 minutes).
Days and dates: pick which weekdays run, and add holidays to skip.
Replay: everyone gets a replay email after the showing. You choose how long it stays open (for example 48 hours). A short window gets people watching sooner.
